there is a story that a certain organisation is seeking to take a company to court because its company name includes a certain year/date in its name.
it no seems that i have to be careful about certain actvities in a certain city duringa certain year after this one,because the group in charge claims its all intelletual property.its headed up by lord coe,now a tory and a lord who used once to be a medal winner in certain games that happenned in certain cities at certain other times.
its also the case that ever since jkrowling wrote certain books,the hero of the books is now intellectual property,so anyone with that name for real is in a lot of trouble.
this really is the height of absudity.it could only happen under capitalism.but it does in passing prove the veracity if marxs theory of alienation-when we dont even belong to ourselves.
